The operator station features an adjustable suspension seat fitted with a high-visibility seat belt, providing a secure and ergonomic working position. Controls are designed for intuitive use, with a column-mounted directional control lever and an inching facility that allows for precise movements when navigating tight spaces. Safety is a key consideration in the design of the T450. As a high swivel skip dumper, it offers a distinct advantage in restricted areas. The Power Swivel skip enables 180° rotation (90° left and right), allowing operators to tip loads safely and accurately without unnecessary manoeuvring. This capability improves control while helping to reduce risk to surrounding personnel.

Standard safety equipment is comprehensive, including a ROPS frame, reversing alarm, full LED road lights with daylight running lights and an LED beacon to increase visibility across busy jobsites. To further enhance site awareness, the machine is equipped with a camera and dash panel monitor as standard, providing a clear view of blind spots. The braking system features totally enclosed multiplate oil-immersed discs on the rear axle, while a Spring Activated Hydraulic Release (SAHR) handbrake provides additional security by automatically applying the parking brake when required.

Maintenance Made Easy for Maximum Uptime

Minimising downtime is essential for productive site operations, which is why the T450 is designed for straightforward servicing. A lockable cover provides quick ground-level access to key service points, while a rear access door incorporates the battery, power distribution board and air cleaner. The layout is practical, with fuse and relay panels housed in easy-to-reach positions and all electrical components water-resistant to an IP67 rating. This accessibility ensures daily checks and routine maintenance can be completed quickly and safely, keeping the machine working efficiently.
