The Eggersman IMPAKTOR 250 features an automatic reversing rotor system that clears resistant or dense material. Ideal for wood waste, biomass, and industrial shredder applications—using torque-sensing technology to detect peaks and rotate shafts in reverse to eject blockages and resume forward drive without operator intervention. This impactor design protects the teeth and shaft, reduces stress on the drivetrain, minimises maintenance and downtime, improves throughput and fuel efficiency for waste recycling and material handling, extends component life, and delivers reliable, low-adjustment performance for demanding recycling, composting, and biomass processing operations.

The Eggersman IMPAKTOR 250 Quick Change Shafts System is designed for maintenance efficiency on construction sites and c&d waste recycling facilities, allowing rapid replacement and configuration of rotor shafts on the dual shaft impactor without extensive disassembly, reducing service windows and improving machine utilisation for transport and hook lift operations using a hook lift bracket or tracked chassis; operators can switch standard breaker bars and cutting tools quickly to tailor material flow to an overband magnet and discharge belt, while hydraulic controls simplify adjustments and support this construction waste shredder in handling varied material streams.
