To keep breaking down stigma, opening conversations and making mental health a priority, we’ve partnered with Lighthouse Charity for another year.
Lighthouse Charity remains the only organisation that provides dedicated emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families. Their work saves lives, strengthens communities and ensures no one in our industry has to face their struggles alone.
Our partnership has helped shape the way we look after our people, and we’re incredibly proud of the tangible progress we’ve made together.
This includes:
- Introducing Mental Health First Aiders across our organisation, so trained support is always close at hand
- Ensuring every manager completes Mental Health Awareness Training
- Providing confidential counselling services for colleagues who need professional support
- Offering wellbeing and resilience training through Lighthouse’s Wellbeing Academy
- Giving our people access to 24/7 support, extending our care beyond the workplace and into everyday life
We’re also looking forward to more visits from the Lighthouse “Make It Visible” teams to bring meaningful conversation, awareness and visible support directly to our sites.
