Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery notes are signed and completed to correct standard and returned to transport department.
- Ensure equipment is stored and parked safely as per manufacturer’s requirements and in the allocated areas within the yard.
- Clean and prepare equipment to a high standard.
- Assist with the preparation of equipment to ensure delivery times are achieved in line with production and delivery schedule.
- General yard housekeeping to include operation of sweeper.
- Report damages to equipment within yard
- Report to line manager unsafe loading and unloading of equipment and report near miss incidents
- Manage and control delivery and collection vehicles to ensure yard is not congested
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
- Wash & Valet Machines to a high standard ready for delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other tasks within capabilities as advised by line manager
Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced industry
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Education Requirements:
- Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
