Essential Job Duties:
- Conduct regular inventory checks as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of stock-checked areas to provide evidence for audits.
- Ensure all returned stock is properly identified and placed in the correct warehouse location.
- Communicate promptly with the appropriate personnel regarding any stock level discrepancies.
- Continuously optimize warehouse space to accommodate increasing storage demands.
- Verify that all stock is stored in a safe and organized manner.
- Provide support with general warehouse operations.
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring complete documentation and correct allocation to designated warehouse locations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate all relevant observations and information effectively to the appropriate parties.
- Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Education Knowledge/Skills:
- General level of Education including Excellent level of attention to detail
- English, Math, and IT, Excellent communication skills
