Service Parts Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and emails from Customers, Service Managers and Engineers, assisting with identification of all parts supplied by Molson
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to determine item specifics and availability
  • Utilise various manufacturers help desk information platforms
  • Raising Service Parts Quotations
  • Assigning parts to live jobs in the ERP system, applying customer discounts where required
  • Raising Parts Sales Orders and arranging dispatch of goods either through direct manufacturer delivery or from stock inventory
  • Raising Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently
  • Dealing with Engineer job returns and return items to stock
  • Dealing with internal enquiries for parts identification, pricing, and availability
  • Provide regular updates and Parts lead times
  • Utilise Molson Group warehouses to organise stock to arrive at required destinations
  • Tracking orders through pallet and courier networks
  • Assisting the Workshop in the supply of parts required
  • Supervise a team of people to ensure that required workload is complete and carried out to the required high standard
  • Liaise with department personnel to assist and action any administration queries
  • Must ensure that any Health and Safety concerns are immediately escalated to Line Manager
  • Must ensure that company supplied uniform and PPE is always worn according to company policy
  • To carry out any other duties required by Line Manger

Education requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT

Any other details:

  • Service and Parts background desired, Molson product training will be provided
