Service Administrator

Main responsibilities:

  • Working within the service department to help raise service work orders and schedule to engineers on a daily basis
  • Accurate data entry processing of engineer gatekeeping onto our in-house system
  • Processing service work orders to customers & internally
  • Process and submitting warranty claims onto the manufacturers portals for claiming
  • Processing credit notes & cash payment for warranty claims
  • Check / process fuel card and hotel receipts
  • Process Employee weekly expense forms
  • Post Duties & general filing daily/weekly
  • Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries

Additional responsibilities:

  • Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Work experience requirements:

  • Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
  • Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident and clear telephone manner

Education requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
