Main responsibilities:
- Working within the service department to help raise service work orders and schedule to engineers on a daily basis
- Accurate data entry processing of engineer gatekeeping onto our in-house system
- Processing service work orders to customers & internally
- Process and submitting warranty claims onto the manufacturers portals for claiming
- Processing credit notes & cash payment for warranty claims
- Check / process fuel card and hotel receipts
- Process Employee weekly expense forms
- Post Duties & general filing daily/weekly
- Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries
Additional responsibilities:
- Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately
Minimum Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Work experience requirements:
- Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
- Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident and clear telephone manner
Education requirements:
- Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
