We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and committed Sales Manager to expand our successful crushing and screening sales team, supporting an expanding North of England market.
Main Responsibilities:
- To fully represent the Finlay and EvoQuip brands, taking responsibility for the sale of their equipment and associated attachments.
- Be knowledgeable about the machines/products we offer. Effectively communicating the benefits of these offerings to potential customers, answering any questions, and providing accurate information regarding pricing and delivery times.
- In addition to managing an existing client base and territory, visit prospective customers to build relationships that will lead to successful sales.
- Effective use of digital tools (Configuration and Quoting Tool, Power BI etc) to manage pipeline management, forecasting and ultimately meet defined sales targets.
- Work closely with Sales Support, Production, and Workshop teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer outcomes.
- Inspecting customer ‘trade-in’ machines, if they are to be part exchanged.
- Attendance and engagement in shows and exhibitions as and when required.
Work experience/Person specification:
- Proven sales experience in crushing and screening equipment, heavy plant or industrial machinery.
- Track record of selling high‑value capital equipment with long sales cycles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong level of IT literacy.
- Must hold a current Driving Licence.
- Be willing to travel.
- You should be a team player.
