US Operations Transformation Assistant

Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage email enquiries and general system support tickets raised in a timely and efficient manner, forwarding and following up as required
  • Assist with testing and implementing system solutions and providing training when required to internal departments
  • Documenting all system changes for the system provider.
  • Working as an assistant during system changes, implementing new processes, products or features
  • Maintain the employee record file to capture all new users, leavers and authorisation limits within the system, always adhering to company processes
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure all data is always up to date and all changes are notified
  • Build and maintain relationships between the Operations Transformation Department and other internal departments and stakeholders and develop the roadmap
  • Manage relationships with external system suppliers to include updates and training
  • Working towards assisting with staff inductions on the internal system and conducting engineer training
  • Maintain and develop Powerscreen specific user guides for the system to include key users for all developments and processes
  • All admin surrounding projects
  • Support to line management as and when required

Addidtional Responsibilites:

  • Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately
  • Traveling across depots when projects are active in US

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Experience of use of ERP systems (preferred)
  • Industry knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication skills across all levels of business
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize own tasks as required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools
  • Confident and clear telephone manner

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of education including English and Math
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Otehr Details:

  • The successful candidate will be required to travel (flying and driving) requiring overnight stays for up to a month at a time.
  • Current driving license required / real ID
