Essential Job Duties:

  • Welcome visitors, sign them in, and direct them to appropriate locations.
  • Keep all company noticeboards updated and accurate.
  • Assist with planning and organizing company events.
  • Answer calls on the designated call list.
  • Mail Handling; collect and maintain access to the company mailbox.
  • Support sales administration by tracking dispatch logs.
  • Maintain and update monthly vehicle mileage logs.
  • Scan incoming bills and forward to AP for payment processing.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Issue and register personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Provide support to the Sales Administration team.
  • Ensure shared spaces are clean and organized.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Excellent communication skills

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Administration/Customer Service experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and adaptability
