Essential Job Duties:
- Welcome visitors, sign them in, and direct them to appropriate locations.
- Keep all company noticeboards updated and accurate.
- Assist with planning and organizing company events.
- Answer calls on the designated call list.
- Mail Handling; collect and maintain access to the company mailbox.
- Support sales administration by tracking dispatch logs.
- Maintain and update monthly vehicle mileage logs.
- Scan incoming bills and forward to AP for payment processing.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Issue and register personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Provide support to the Sales Administration team.
- Ensure shared spaces are clean and organized.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

Education:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Excellent communication skills
Knowledge/Skills:
- Administration/Customer Service experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
