As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide the first line of IT support to the US business employees located across multiple states. The primary goal is to support end users with all IT support queries. You will be required to possess the skills to troubleshoot hardware and software faults, install and configure new end user devices to company standards. Working as part of a small team you will be involved in a range of technologies as you progress and gain more experience within the role. Good customer facing skills and ability to prioritise your workload are also key aspects of the role.
The position is based out of the La Grange, Texas office. Travel to our other Powerscreen sites within the US will be required on occasions.
Essential Job Duties:
- 1st line triage and resolution of user reported issues
- Troubleshooting Windows operating system, and application issues
- Configure and deploy laptop and Apple Mobile devices
- Basic MDM administration of mobile devices
- Supporting deployment and update of software

Key Skills:
- Experience and/or Qualifications in an IT support role
- Experience with Windows 11 and Apple iPhone iOS/iPadOS
- Experience with MS O365 Packages
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
- Ability to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
- Proactive approach, ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
Education and Experience:
