A TrommALL 3500 Tr compact two-way split screener helps a forward thinking multi-disciplined contractor recycle more material from site, delivering savings for the client and increasing their margin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tucked away in the idyllic countryside of Braintree in Essex\nis the family run R.P. Bareham Groundwork and Contractors. A small, but highly\ncompetent business that has built a strong reputation for delivering\nexceptionally high standard of work. As proven specialists in the equestrian\nsector, they have also turned their talented hands to a number of other\nprojects ranging from house building to demolition projects with great success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the firm was established over 20 years ago by Richard\nBareham, it now falls to the 3rd<\/sup> generation of the family in\ngrandsons Ben Clarke and Josh Peters, along with support from their family,\nincluding grandfather Richard, to take the business forward. With eight members\nof staff on the books, the responsibility of running a business is one the\nyoungsters relish. After being raised immersed by the business, this dynamic\npair are now bringing a fresh approach to drive the business forward with no\npre-conceived ideas about how the business should be run, except the focus of\ndelivering high quality work at a fair and reasonable price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right investment is the key to growth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With their own transport division consisting of two tipper\ntrucks and a flatbed to move their plant, the team at R.P. Bareham are not shy\nto invest in equipment that will result in their business being more efficient\nin the long term. This approach is clearly apparent with their latest\ninvestment, the TrommALL 3500 Tr, supplied by the recycling experts at Molson\nGreen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R.B. Bareham Director Ben Clarke said; \u201cWe have been looking\nat how we can improve our efficiency on site and gain a competitive edge in the\nmarket for some time. When we visited LAMMA show last January at the NEC\nBirmingham, we spoke with Brian Bell on the Molson stand about the TrommALL compact\nscreener range and he explained how we could reduce the amount of material\ntaken from and put back into our site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBy using a TrommALL 3500 Tr to screen the material already\non site, we are able to turn \u201cmuck away\u201d into two useable products \u2013 an\noversize clean rubble that can be used for deeper drainage levels and a finer\nmaterial that can be used in a wide variety of places depending on what the\nfeed stock is (e.g. topsoil, backfill material, etc.)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simple and effective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TrommALL 3500 Tr is easy to transport and thanks to its\ncompact \u201cin-line\u201d design, measuring just under 10m long and 2.2m wide in its\ntransport mode, it is able to work in some of the tightest sites around, even\nwhen fully expanded to its working length of 11.56m. With its operator friendly\ncontrols, the 3500\u2019s main conveyor can be folded out and ready to start work in\nminutes, even in the hands of a complete novice. The umbilical cord remote\ncontrol allows the operator to get excellent visibility when tracking the\nmachine into position, with clear directional arrows on the tracks and control\nbox to avoid any confusion of which way is forward and backwards. The two-speed\ntracking option also allows larger distances to be covered quickly, while\nproviding accuracy in those tighter spots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design of the 3500 allows operators to load the screen\nbox either directly with an excavator, loading shovel or telehandler, or\nalternatively it can be fed directly by a crusher or any other processing\nmachines such as shredders or chippers. The versatility makes it perfect for a\nwide range of applications ranging from aggregates, waste, compost, asphalt,\nwood chip and almost anything else you can think of screening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Powered by a 26.8Kw Yanmar engine and backed up by 2-year\nmanufacturer\u2019s warranty the 3500 could not be any easier to run and maintain.\nAll daily checkpoints are at ground level and easily accessible. However, the\nreal jewel in the crown of the 3500 is its 1.22 x 3m screen decks. With the top\ndeck protecting the bottom sizing deck from impacts of heavy \/ large material\nsuch as rubble, you can see why the Ireland based manufacturer boasts a\n\u201cOverbuilt to perform\u201d tag line. The real key to its outstanding performance is\nthe aggression of the screen box. The forces generated enable the TrommALL to\nwork all year round, with wet and sticky material that would normally block\nlesser machines being processed without any problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get the right answer at Molson Green<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
